Once approved, you can drop off your material at our Hayward, California facility or ship it to us if your lot qualifies. After we receive your scrap, we evaluate it and issue payment based on current precious-metal recovery values.
How do you determine the value of my gold-bearing scrap?

Do you accept full computers or laptops?
No. We only accept pre-sorted high-grade components such as boards, chips, and CPUs. If you have intact electronics to recycle, please use our e-waste drop-off or business pickup services instead of the gold scrap program.

For local drop-offs, there is no strict minimum — we work with individuals, repair shops, IT recyclers, and businesses of all sizes. How long does it take to receive my payment?
Most quotes are provided within 3–5 business days. After we receive and evaluate your material, payments are typically issued within 3–5 business days via check, ACH, or PayPal, depending on your preference.
Where are you located, and do you accept shipments from outside the Bay Area?
Our facility is located in Hayward, California. Local customers can drop off gold-bearing scrap during our regular business hours. We also accept qualifying shipments from anywhere in the United States and will provide shipping instructions once your material has been reviewed and approved.
